About Bob

Bob is an expert in improving executive and team performance.  He advises senior leaders on making key decisions, driving strategy, accelerating change, and seizing new career opportunities.

Before launching his own firm in 1997, he worked for a global consulting firm in Chicago and a Top 100 boutique firm in New York.  

Bob has executive experience as a senior vice president in a Fortune 500 broadband company, consumer goods manufacturer, financial services company, and was the COO of a high-precision optics company.

Bob speaks at conferences including the New York Bankers Association Senior Management Conference, Public Broadcasting’s National Conference, Young Presidents Organization, World Presidents Organization, among others.  He has published over 30 articles including Forbes, Harvard Business School, and CBS News Money Watch.

He earned an M.A. and M.B.A from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Personally, he enjoys sailing where both his strategic abilities and tactical skills help him see interesting places while having a fabulous time with friends and family.  He also enjoys golf where his skills are completely mediocre.
